ADHD Interventions

It can be easy to get lost in worries about the past or future, together we will aim to increase your ability to stay grounded in the present moment. One of our main goals is to reduce that overwhelming feeling when too many things seem outside of your control. We will work on a variety of skills that will help you be more kind to yourself, interact with negative thought patterns in a healthy way, and anchor yourself in your inner peace and resilience. Additionally, we will work to better understand the source of your anxiety and work toward healing that part of yourself.
