8. Will my insurance cover therapy?

Some insurance plans cover therapy, but it depends on your provider and plan. It's best to check with your insurance company to understand your benefits.​​

9. What if I don’t feel comfortable with my therapist?

​It’s important to feel comfortable and supported. If you don’t feel a connection, it’s okay to seek another therapist who may be a better fit.​​​​​

Rates 

We are In Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. Out of pocket costs vary based on your insurance plan. For non-insurance clients, our cash pay rate is $200 for a diagnostic evaluation and $150 per ongoing session. We also offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions for those in financial need.
