Our darkest or most hectic times are often when we feel the most isolated and unheard. Therapy can help you find the light you need, and help you reconnect to the world and yourself. Pause, and give yourself credit for taking a step toward bettering your mental health today. I believe that you already have the strength & resilience within you to heal and grow, sometimes we all just need some help. Above all else, I want you to know that it’s okay not to be okay & that it’s possible for things to get better.

I specialize in working with young adults and mothers struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Together, we will work to heal the various parts of yourself that might be weighing you down (IFS & Brainspotting) and learn evidence-based skills to help you be more grounded, present, and fulfilled (ACT).

My practice includes anti-racist, body neutrality, and queer-allied values to ensure equity. My goal is to ensure that all clients feel safe in their own counseling journeys. Please take the next step and reach out to begin our work together. I so look forward to hearing from you.
